About returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience after the product arrives.
We take great care in shipping the product, but in the unlikely event that there is a defective or incorrect product, we will exchange or return the product.
In that case, please contact us using the inquiry form within 3 days after receiving the product.
(Please note that under no circumstances will we be able to accept returns or exchanges without contacting us.)
Please also note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used by the customer, or that have been soiled or damaged.
In the case of a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
